Responsibilities:
Director Clinical Operations Hospice Job Responsibilities
- Develop a strong culture of care that is focused on consumer outcomes
- Teach, guide and mentor Interdisciplinary Team around Quality, Compliance and care standards
- Assess quality of documentation in HomeCare Homebase documentation system
- Partner with site leadership team to observe and assess areas for improvement for processes
- Lead with passion and purpose to drive access to care for all
- Perform comprehensive assessments as needed
Director Clinical Operations Job
Qualifications
- 5 – 10 years of home based care experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience accepted
- Must have RN license in OR
- Master’s degree preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts and practices and ability to use in complex, difficult and/or unprecedented situations
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
