Overtime Starts After: 40
Overtime/ Holiday: $100.51/hr
Qualifications & Skills:
a) Education:Minimum Three(3) years of academic studies at an accredited college. Completion of 12 consecutive months of internship in an accredited school of Medical Technology, leading to a Bachelor's Degree. Required national registration by the ASCP or equivalent or equally qualified through examination by the Health Education and Welfare accreditation program.
b) Training & Experience:Must have a minimum of 10 years laboratory experience.
Must have supervisory experience with management experience desirable.
Must have strong organizational skills along with problem resolution skills.
Must have strong employee relation skills and patient management skills.
c) Job Knowledge: Operational ability in all lab areas. Relates well with various people and personalities. Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving skills in a variety of staff and patient-related situations.
