Director of Marketing Job at HonorBuilt
HonorBuilt is seeking a marketing leader passionate about driving brand awareness and lead generation. Our ideal candidate is a brand ambassador, advocate, and internal educator who is driven by proactive thinking and productive collaboration with the sales and leadership team. This role will be responsible for managing the HonorBuilt brand, brand assets, website with a focus on inbound lead generation, and management of our marketing tech stack (Hubspot). **We are looking for someone who has real hands-on experience overseeing sales development- above and beyond click funnels, graphic design, SEO and the like. We work with partners and contractors for much of that. We need a leader to put it all together and drive sales development and strategy.**

What you will do:
- Drive brand awareness and activation of our brand positioning, brand purpose, visual identity to the quick service and fast casual food service industry.
- Lead all brand decisions working with the CEO and internal teams on strategy, solutions, and process.
- Accountable for developing and refining brand messaging for the master brand story and services within.
- Develop strategic briefs that reflect business strategy and inspire outside partner creative teams to deliver high-impact, business-driving work.
- Work with CEO and sales leaders to lead go-to-market planning.
- Build and implement Inbound Marketing strategy within organization to drive full funnel of customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
- Define, manage, and implement our overall organic search strategy together with Inbound Marketing team.
- Create strategies and implement tests for conversion rate optimization.
- Lead effort to create standardized marketing reporting and dashboards, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as stakeholders throughout the company.
- Manage a customer feedback program. Deploy surveys and synthesize results.
- Work with leadership to define target audiences and the development of marketing inbound campaigns, using HubSpot.
- Oversee creative, project management, and intake resources.
- Responsible for the oversight of any brand governance, such as implementation of brand guidelines, trademark/logo management, etc.
- Manage creative, agency and/or partner relationships.
- Proactively watch for ways to inspire, engage and delight our clients and employees.
- Expertise in attracting customers with content designed to attract qualified prospects and converting them into leads and customers.
- Experience in inbound marketing includes social media, blogs, landing page creation and lead generation management (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers
- Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
- Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management and Hubspot marketing.
- Background of hands-on experience in all areas of marketing: SEO, SEM, Paid and Organic Social, ABM, Paid sponsorships, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Experience managing marketing resources, coordinating work, and working with outside partners or/creative agencies. Experience in content marketing and website maintenance are also helpful in this role.

- Remote or on-site in McDonough GA with strong preference given to local candidates in the Atlanta area who are available for collaborations and meetings approximately 1-2 times per month. Must be full-time US resident.
