Director of Nursing position available in our beautiful Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berwick!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Director of Nursing will coordinate of resident care with a “hands on” management style
- The DON has strong organizational skills
- The Director of Nursing will develop, review, and revise nursing and clinical policies
- The DON will conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary situations to ensure quality care of residents
- The Director of Nursing has the ability to multi-task
- The Director of Nursing has the knowledge of Long Term Care Regulations
- The DON has the ability to lead in the recruitment of qualified staff by conducting interviews
- The Director of Nursing has the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- The Director of Nusing has the ability to focus on customer service and collaboration with other departments to develop, support, and coordinate patient care and related functions
- The DON will promote an atmosphere of respect, professional growth, and encouragement for all nursing staff members and assure regulatory standards and company goals are met or exceeded
