POSITION SUMMARY
This is a position responsible for all facets of Revenue Cycle improvement. Revenue integrity and strategies to minimize lost reimbursement will be the primary focus of this position. In addition to coordinating revenue cycle issues with the appropriate department managers, this position will work closely with the Controller to analyze and book net revenue every month. This position will also implement processes to review charge validation, pricing, coding and billing and will work to implement changes, as needed. Monitors reports for a single hospital that drive SLA/KPI. Identifies trends and facilitates and implements solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Owns reporting and provides support to CFO.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree. Prefer Bachelor Degree in Business, Health Administration or related degree.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 8 years in A/R management and/or managed care contracting and analysis as well as directing a multi-facility business office.
