Timber Pines managed by Walker Methodist, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategies of the Campus. Duties include: tours, phone calls, database management, external networking, competitive analysis, referral development, event planning, lead generation, and collaborating with the Executive Director of Sales in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan. A reflection of Walker Methodist and the company’s mission, vision, values, proven sales success and high standards of marketing, customer service excellence, and being a positive team member are core qualities of success.
Timber Pines is managed by Walker Methodist, a senior living organization with more than 75 years of experience enhancing the lives of older adults through a culture of care, respect, and service. Timber Pines will bring the finest in senior housing and care. This charming and rustic community will be located near I-35 and local businesses.
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or related
- Minimum of three years of sales experience
- Experience in Independent / assisted living setting preferred
- Finesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of selling
- Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust
- Genuine interest in regular interaction with older adults and their families
- Self-motivated, highly innovative and growth-focused attitude
- Personal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customers
- Intermediate computer skills
- Wholeheartedly embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration
