As an Assistant FOH/DT Director your role on our team would be to assist the FOH/DT Director in overseeing/implementing the following components:
- Food Safety, Equipping team members, and ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Facilities and equipment: work with the team to properly steward equipment and communicate repair needs to the Director
- Financial Performance: effectively managing productivity and preventing waste
- Organizational Alignment: ensure purposeful communication with the team and coaching of team.

- Enthusiastically and passionately leads other Directors in the business.
You would also provide ReMarkable Service in:
Hospitality by checking restrooms every 30 minutes and refreshing after peak periods, as well as, checking/maintaining restaurant exterior every 60 minutes.
Shepherding the Team by positioning team members correctly to execute restaurant goals; coaching and encouraging team members in order to foster growth; and ensuring shift transitions include walk-throughs/checklists so that the next shift is set up for success.
Organizational Alignment by connecting regularly with Directors through bi-monthly Ops meetings as well as daily to convey any necessary information and ensure shift changes are executed seamlessly.
This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, Chick-fil-A kitchens serve over 400 guests in an hour (that’s a full meal produced every 10 seconds). Are you up for the challenge? If so, apply today!
