The Role
As Director of Product Operations you'll be leading the defining, driving and delivering on a vision and strategy foundational for Navis' accelerating growth and scale across multiple solutions. This includes product planning, release strategy, program management and operation functions identifying key outcomes and driving to achieve success metrics as Navis LP continues to grow and pursue a successful transition to subscription.
This will include ensuring superior operational and release delivery for product initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all activities for multiple solution lines and new solution lines as we continue to expand. Activities include release management and planning, portfolio management of the annual investment and resource plan including partnering with the product and program managers for planning, execution, reporting, and budget management.
This key role in the organization will be leading the Program Management and Product Operations teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leadership and management of the Program Management and Product Operations team across Navis and Kaleris solutions, and all new solutions as they are developed or acquired.
- Lifecycle and GTM process development and partnership across functions including partnering on product requirements, product build, training, legal, marketing, commercialization/go-to-market activities, and client communication.
- Release Management including defining and building world class, growth oriented processes and methodologies across numerous solutions. Identifying opportunities to consolidate processes across solutions where needed and executing on that change management.
- Defining and providing regular op mechs reporting and analysis to drive data based actions including product release updates, the change management process, and assisting with annual planning. Including the development of new reporting as needed.
- This position will include interacting directly with Product Managers, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success Legal, and cross functional teams in a Global environment.
- Creating a globally consistent product development process that spans across Product, Design and Engineering

Requirements
- 10+ years' experience as project manager, delivering complex system integrated business application projects.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development life cycle principles by serving as Scrum Master or Agile Program Manager.
- Experience with and knowledge of Container Terminal operations, or Transportation/Logistics, SaaS Platform, Cloud Deployments would be a significant plus
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, a plus
- Experience in a medium to a large organization that coordinates releases with geographically located teams.
- Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
