Sanitation / Food Service:
- Maintains cleanliness / sanitation in department
- Properly handles, operates, and maintains equipment
- Performs / assists with deep cleaning of kitchen and dining area, including floors, as needed
- Assists FOH Partners bussing tables.
- Removes trash and cardboard from the restaurant
- Assists with food prep, as assigned; assists with proper storage of food and ingredients
- Assists in daily set up, maintenance, and break down of food service areas
- Performs other duties, as assigned

- Function in a fast-paced, retail restaurant environment
- Stand for long periods; bend, reach, kneel, squat
- Safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- Be frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic materials
- Be exposed to moderate noise level, cold, hot, and wet work environment
- Demonstrate the ability to lift 80 lbs, and manage in excess of 80 lbs with a team lift; push / pull heavy loads
- Work varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
