Title: Dispatch Associate
Duration: 03 Months (Possible Ext)
Location: E GOV. JOHN SEVIER HWY KNOXVILLE TN 37914
Shift Hours: 02 pm-10:30 pm
Pay Rate: $27.95/HR
Job Summary:
Duties include recording of inbound and outbound equipment, monitoring scheduled versus actual equipment types, and using Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) reports to dispatch drivers.
Other duties include key entering timecards and outside yard checks to ensure that the trailer positions matches the computer system.
This person needs to be fluent with computers and able to communicate with drivers. Will work with the office on dispatching outside carrier drivers.
Job Requirements
- Requires 30 WPM Typing and attention to detail data entry skills.
- Computer Skills and excellent attendance needed.
