Position Summary:

Provide support to the division e-Commerce manager by ensuring procedures and company guidelines are followed to achieve sales objectives, goals and budgets. Assist in the training and development of the stores’ e-Commerce team. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure that division e-Commerce departments are meeting and exceeding customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness
  • Ensure that local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines are followed
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting and hiring qualified associates for division e-Commerce departments and ensure stores are sufficiently staffed to handle business demands
  • Participate in delivering training to the division’s e-Commerce team for all e-Commerce functions and duties at new and existing locations
  • Assist store e-Commerce teams in achieving annual division performance goals for quality, efficiency, and positive customer experiences
  • Assist store e-Commerce teams in meeting division and expense budgets
  • Assist in the e-Commerce department’s analysis and response to the competitive landscape
  • Communicate the e-Commerce strategy with division district managers, district coordinators, store e-Commerce supervisors and associates
  • Work with the store e-Commerce team and division staff on resolving operational issues
  • Report all issues with item shelf allocation to the division KOMPASS team and partner to resolve
  • Assist with addressing customer feedback, questions, or concerns
  • Visit store e-Commerce sites to assist teams in maintaining operational and customer service standards; address immediate concerns and work with team to provide solutions to issues
  • Ensure preventive maintenance protocols for equipment are being followed
  • Measure productivity and customer satisfaction levels for store e-Commerce department associates ; assist store e-Commerce supervisor in creating continuous improvement plans
  • Assist with addressing customer feedback inquiries, questions or concerns
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience as a co-manager
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds frequently and objects up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and/or walk constantly
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch several times per hour

Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with and knowledge of Point of Sale (POS)
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce business
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Retail Management experience
