Position Summary: Come join the pack as a Client Service Supervisor at Canine to Five. This is a great opportunity for a dog-loving client service leader who is looking for a long-term career and to develop into a manager.

Pay: $17.50/hr. + quarterly bonus + tips

Schedule: 36+ hours a week including 2 weekends a month and rotating holidays. Typically AM shifts start at 6am and PM shifts start between 12-2pm. Shifts are approximately 8-9 hours long.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a role model in CTF's Desk Standards of Care to deliver a memorable client experience

Assist the manager(s) by reinforcing daily operational procedures and performance expectations to ensure our human clients are just as loyal as our 4-legged ones

Provide real-time coaching for Client Service Reps to ensure adherence to policies and service standards

Participate in the interview and onboarding process for new client service representatives

In coordination with the General Manager, facilitate the scheduling of staff and make labor adjustments as necessary to meet business needs

Able to identify areas of opportunity and help implement new policies to aid the team to meet sales goals and ensure a flawless client experience

Able to act as a client service representative, bather, pack leader or boarding specialist when not acting as a supervisor on duty

Upkeep of the lobby cleanliness and sanitation, which includes cleaning up after dogs (vomit, feces, urine)

Leash walk dogs (of all sizes and breeds) in a safe, controlled manner throughout the facility

Conduct administrative duties that assists the management team

Complete the facility opening and closing procedures on days worked
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisor/management experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face client experience
-
Strong computer skills including being proficient in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, which include the ability to sit, stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours), reach, climb, bend, run and lift 50 lbs.

Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends and up to 36+ hours per week), reliable transportation and be over 18 years old.

Knowledge of dog behavior preferred

Strong multitasking, organization, communication and problem solving skills
