Under the direction of the Day Program Manager, supervises and provides direction to the Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees assigned to ensure that Richmond quality standards are maintained in the delivery of services to the individuals. This person would be also responsible for the operation of the program as assigned by the Day Program Manager. Position available in Yonkers ICF Program
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare or related field preferred
Qualifications:
Ability to write clearly and concisely.
Computer proficiency required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience:
A minimum of two years previous DSP supervisory experience
A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs.
Other:
Valid New York, New Jersey or Connecticut State Driver License 3+ years in good standing
