We are looking for an e-commerce associate with experience with online sales and general marketplace platforms. (Amazon.com, HomeDepot.com, Walmart.com, lowes.com, Wayfair.com..etc). We are a fast paced, medium sized agribusiness seeking a candidate with digital experience and account management skills. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, customer service focus and exhibits a high level of professionalism to assist our companies’ day to day ecommerce operations. This position will report directly to the general manager of e-commerce and work in conjunction with our sales, marketing and production teams. This is an ideal position for an individual wanting to expand their knowledge of the many disparate marketplace platforms powering some of the worlds largest retailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with inventory of products, warehouse organization and inventory including but not limited to verifying merchandise counts, tracking stock levels, organizing, and using marketplace(s) software to keep track of inventory and other marketplace criteria.

Work closely with and assist e-commerce team to manage customer and vendor relationships to meet service levels and department goals.

Manage, update and monitor marketplaces where we do business including updating/adding product pictures, descriptions, and prices via data management portals.

Use third-party software to analyze and optimize content to increase relevance and ranking.

Use shipping software platform to manage daily orders and organize labels, picking tickets and packing slips where necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS/ PREFERRED SKILLS:
e-commerce experience required with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of tools with an emphasis on Excel. Working knowledge of Item360, IDM, Logic broker, RetailLink and Commerce hub is a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Two-year college equivalent or technical training preferred with strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, general online selling environment(s) and social media platforms is welcome to apply.

HOURS:
Mondays–Fridays 8:30am – 5Pm additional seasonal hours will be set weekly by office general manager and/or e-commerce manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
