About The Role
As E-Commerce Director, you are the business leader responsible for our Amazon and DTC businesses. Equal parts operator and sales leader, you are the general manager overseeing the digital commerce P&L for profitable long-term growth. In addition, you’ll lead performance growth efforts for our omnichannel customers. This role reports to the CMO, collaborates with supply chain, logistics, sales, and finance and works closely with the entire Marketing team. You are a people leader with two direct reports: E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Marketing Manager. The role is based in Pasadena, CA but remote location will be considered with a preference for PST/CST geographies.

- Apply best-in-class strategies to drive brand growth and development on Amazon.com
- Have a track record of strong results leading performance and growth marketing tactics
- Experience working directly with 3PL fulfillment partners
- Managed lifecycle marketing programs for a DTC brand
- Analyzed business performance to optimize assortment, merchandising, marketing and pricing for long-term profitable growth

The Minimum And/or Technical Requirements
At minimum, the candidate for the E-Commerce Director must have:
- Minimum BS/BA degree
- Direct experience operating a business on both Vendor and Seller Central (Amazon)
- Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (nee Magento)
- 5+ yrs in e-commerce, preferably on an omnichannel CPG brand
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience managing budget for optimization and performance
- Experience managing ESP, SEM, PIM, DAM tools and vendor partners
