Strong visual merchandising skills as well as creativity, attention to detail and leadership skills are essential.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift-up to 30 pounds, and work all major holidays (Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, etc.

• * Sales Reporting for e-commerce

• * UPS/FedEx – Pick, Pack, Shipping Gift Baskets
• · Special products
• · Work with Expanding E Commerce offerings for the Gift Basket Department and report to Controller.
• Take corporations order for Gift Basket: Asist gift basket owner with corporation order from taking the order, print labels, take special requests, communicate and plan with gift basket staff.
• Maintain and expand e-commerce presence
• Assist in maintaining inventory and pricing on e-commerce platforms
• Oversee customers’ online shopping experience including but not limited to initiating and completing selection process for customers’ online orders; assisting in retrieving and filling customer orders accurately and on time; and working with customers and customer service to keep customers happy
• Work with the Marketing Department in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Develop analytics on the e-commerce business to yield improvements
• Maintain existing Pemberton Farms Marketplace website; oversee future Pemberton Farms Marketplace website update
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve website and e-commerce performance
• Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance
• Assist in managing and controlling expenditures
• Lead/manage small team including scheduling.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to create Baskets with bows, labels, and price tags.
• Flexible and adaptable work style (priorities can shift quickly), "can-do" attitude
• Enthusiastic, innovative, and outgoing personality
• Able to create corporate proposals for potential corporate customers
• Possess excellent interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively with customers, other team members and leadership.
• Basic Safety and food handling knowledge
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. unassisted
• Actively work to find new customers
• Identify and meet with Business Clients to further develop e-commerce sale opportunities

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
