What You’d Be Doing

As the PRN Early Childhood Staff Aide you would assist in helping school-aged children of Health Solutions’ employees study and follow their virtual learning programs. Your work would be in classrooms located at The Family Center, working with 3 PODS of approximately 9 children. You would be called upon to assist students in accessing their virtual curriculum provided by their assigned schools. You will collaborate with other Early Childhood Staff Aides and the Learning Tree Facilitator to provide a safe, secure place for studying.

Specifically, The Early Childhood Staff Aide will:

• Assist with learning support and guidance for school-aged children;
• Assist with activities outside the classroom (recess; relaxation, activities, etc.);
• Work with the facilitator to oversee studying;
• Assist students with online platforms;
• Ensure the environment is safe and proper precautions are maintained;
• Assist students in accessing virtual school platforms according to assigned school;
• Assist and Encourage Students in the Learning Process;
• Assist students with study techniques;
• Use recent experience in the school system to help students navigate systems;
• Enhances problem-solving, and socialization skills among students;
• Performs other job-related duties assigned by the director or designee.

• High School Graduate
• Computer proficiency
• Colorado driver’s license, a good driving record, and access to transportation during work hours
