The Technology Project Manager liaises with case teams, clients and the internal eDiscovery team to ensure technical support during all phases of document reviews. This position managers all technical components for assigned eDiscovery cases.
As a Technology Project Manager you will:
- Provide day to day eDiscovery system support to case teams and clients
- Track and document variety of metrics and information related to cases
- Collaborate with staff attorneys to batch documents and facilitate review workflows
- Conduct data searches within the eDiscovery systems
- Analyze eDiscovery technology usage and prepare recommendations to enhance cost efficiencies
- Set up user permissions, accounts, coding layouts, and design database to support large scale document reviews
- Collaborate with vendors regarding outsource projects
- Prepare document productions, ensure they meet format requirements outlined in ESI stipulations, and manage workflow to meet necessary deadlines
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years of work experience
- Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills including time and task management and documentation
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
- Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative

Expected Pay Range in New York: $119,500 - $151,900

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
