Position Summary

LincolnHealth on the Miles Campus has an immediate need for an Education Coordinator to join our care team. The Education Coordinator is a visible position that has a high level of professional presence with our Medical Providers. The Education Coordinator performs a combination of administrative support including writing letters and student agreements, project work and other activities as assigned including facilitating weekly new employee orientation for our newly hired care team members. The Education Coordinator uses the education learning management system to maintain accurate employee education files, generate reports, and assign courses for approximately 300 adult students annually.

The Coastal Region Education Department provides services to LincolnHealth, Pen Bay Medical Center and Waldo County General Hospital. The Coordinator is assigned a primary work location and works at times at Education’s other sites.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
