1) Electrical Supplier Collaboration Engineer
Aurora or Peoria, Illinois – Onsite (any Visa)

Job description:
Candidate should have knowledge about electrical components such as connectors, wires, lugs, heat shrinks, charge ports etc.
Design of Wire Harness assembly tooling including the layout of the pins, wires and connectors on the assembly board; wire harness assembly including crimping, taping and testing.
Functional understanding of harness and cable manufacturing tooling knowledge such as crimping tool, vacuum testing, Hi Pot test, electrical continuity test, etc.
Cable Manufacturing including Insulation, Shielding, Jacketing and Testing. Highly desired: Direct experience with High Voltage cable tooling (such as Schafer or Daniels Manufacturing) for extrusion to apply the insulation and jacketing, shielding and crimping tooling to join cables and shields.
Familiarity with industrial connectors such as Hirschmann, TE, Amphenol etc.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Electrical components.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,852.56 - $95,232.41 per year
