As the Email Template Developer supporting YETI's Braze email marketing ecosystem, you are a key member of the IT Enterprise Systems team, responsible for building and optimizing email campaigns. It is our mission to continually improve way we engage, educate our customer and drive traffic to YETI.com and other commerce channels. The Email Developer will interface with IT, Creative, Performance Marketing and Sales Operations teams for end-to-end project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create new email templates, landing pages and other digital assets
• Working with Marketing and Design teams to develop segmented communications strategy to drive customer engagement and retention
• Build and report campaign performance
• Working with external agencies and consulting firms

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 2 years of email development and HTML/CSS coding experience
• Knowledge of Liquid or other templating languages
• Working knowledge with marketing campaigns in an Email Service Provider like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Bronto, Iterable, Emarsys, Responsys Oracle. Braze preferred but not required
• Knowledge of eCommerce email design best practices, UI/UX, brand development, and the creative process
• Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
• Experience with email QA and testing processes
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management tool is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, and modern design tools
• Experience analyzing the performance of email marketing database
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance (e.g., GDPR or CCPA)
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-growing team-first environment

• Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
• Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
• Remote: Role is full-time remote.
