HR Works is supporting our client, located in Henrietta, NY with its search for an Employee Engagement Strategist.
This newly created role is focused entirely on elevating the employee experience and serving as a true resource to the company's employees. This role works in the facility (fully onsite) and has a salary range of $60-$70,000, depending on the degree of related experience.
The right candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience directly supporting or leading engagement and retention functions in a mid-size (500+) company.
- Excellent written communication skills with a track record of creating employee-facing corporate communications.
- Extensive experience working with performance management, including career pathing and training and development; experience creating and delivering trainings.
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing HR metrics; a proven ability to make recommendations based on data.
- Experience working with employees at all levels, from entry through c-suite.
- A strong understanding of company branding with demonstrated experience creating programs that help define and align with the company's culture.
- A bachelor s degree is required.
- An HR certification is preferred but not required.
- A high degree of HR compliance knowledge is required.
- Ability to travel regionally, sometime overnight, is required.
