YOUR DAY AS A EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

As an Employment Specialist at our nonprofit, you have the exciting opportunity to provide exemplary case management services to individuals receiving TANF benefits. You work with a diverse caseload that includes individuals who are "job-ready" and those with medical barriers. Your main focus is to establish trust and rapport with program participants, conduct comprehensive intakes, and develop service plans known as Family Contract Amendments (FCA) to outline their short and long-term employment goals.

You also meet with participants regularly, document their progress, and maintain exceptional records. Additionally, you build effective partnerships with external providers and represent our nonprofit in a positive and professional manner. WHAT MATTERS MOST

• Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Fluency in Arabic Portuguese Somali French or Lingala is a plus
