We are a diverse provider of emergency and non-emergency medical services including both transportation and transportation coordination. In addition, we provide medical support to the federal prisoner transport system. We operate the Oklahoma Trauma Referral Center and consider ourselves to be Oklahoma's top provider of medical/ambulance transportation services. We handle both 911 response and inter-facility transportation including critical care ground transport.

Levels needed

We are hiring all levels of EMS providers from EMR to Paramedic. Pay levels vary.

We are also hiring dispatchers and trauma referral center call takers.

Scope of work

Paramedics should be prepared for a challenging position managing complex patient needs including ventilator cases and multiple IV drip meds. We are a great place to develop critical care skills with an education department capable of taking your skills to an unsurpassed level.

EMR through AEMT level personnel are utilized in both driver and patient care capacities. We maintain a very inclusive set of medical treatment guidelines that allows all levels to perform to the extent of their scope.

All Miller EMS locations take part in both 911 and inter-facility transport services with the ratio varying depending on location you are working from.

Special clearance is required to take part in the federal prisoner transport medical support system. These opportunities are open on a limited basis throughout the year and only to paramedics. The best way to move to this position is to already be employed with Miller EMS and have all prerequisites complete when a position/orientation opportunity opens up.

Shifts

We have multiple different shift configurations including 8, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts.

Locations

Our locations include Medford (Dispatch and Ambulance operations), Garber, Crescent, Cashion, Kingfisher, Stroud, Prague, Owasso, Tulsa (Trauma Referral Center) Barnsdall, and Fairfax. We encourage you to request the location that works best for you but, disclose that not all locations have open positions. We encourage you to consider other locations in order to become part of our system and then consider a transfer at a later date when a position comes open at a more desirable location.
