As a Engineering BIM Coordinator, you will

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, integrated design environment
• Champion the use of Revit and affiliated BIM platforms to their fullest extent possible
• Act as a resource within the firm in BIM best practices and firm preferred use of Revit
• Complete production work, resolves clashes, and coordinate with project teams to ensure all drawings/models meet quality standards
• Assist in template, family and detail library development, and management of cloud-based content management system
• Utilize BIM authoring tools to provide technical support
• Perform BIM based coordination reviews and reports and present findings to design team
• Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required
• Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up
• Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support
• Efficiently meet project goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the design of engineered building systems
• Associate’s Degree/Technology Degree; prefer Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge and in-depth experience with BIM; prefer BIM technician or coordinator experience
• Knowledge of healthcare planning, design, construction documents, construction administration and project construction cost control for healthcare facilities preferred
• Knowledge and experience using BIM 360

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
