Your new role:

We are urgently seeking vibrant, patient and eager people who can inspire individuals to fulfill their full language learning potential.

This role will require you to lead an engaging language programme online to non-natiave English speakers of varied ability, starting with beginner proficiency, progressing to lower Intermediate and Intermediate level.

Primarily you will be supporting students’ one-on-one to develop their English vocabulary, reading, listening and speaking skills. You will present the curucilcum via an interactive virtual classroom. The unique platform allows both students and teachers to easily access their classes anywhere in the world. You will conduct lessons in real-time and assign interactive activities using an audio-visual chat system and a virtual interactive whiteboard. Learners can communicate with other class participants, play educational games, take quizzes and much more.

As a virtual English teacher, you’ll choose and allocate individualized educational plans that are appropriate for each student’s particular needs and evaluate their progress through homework and assessments.

You will create a supportive and safe learning environment which will support students to meet their language objectives. Through various diverse methods, you'll help them develop their English communication skills.

For this role, online teaching experience is beneficial but not required. Successful candidates will take part in a comprehensive onboarding process to give you the best possible start in your new career.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare classroom and learning materials
• Teach the English language to non-native speakers in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner, using online tools and pre developed lesson plans.
• Assign homework and quizzes.
• Grade students’ assessments report results to relevant departments.
• Create personalized study plans for students with special requirements (e.g. learning disabilities).
• Teach students of variable ability levels, from beginner, to intermediate and advanced
• Create a supportive and positive classroom environment.
• Maintain records of student attendance and grades.
• Provide informative feedback directly to students and the parents of young learners.
• Collaborate with educational staff to provide a positive learning experience to students.

Requirements and skills :

• Bachelor's degree in any field (prefered)

• Creative and artistic teaching abilities
• Confidence speaking in front of groups and enforcing classroom rules
