Summary/Objective
The Enrichment Center functions in a collaborative relationship with Residential Services and other
departments to provide individualized active treatment programs to the people who live at Bluegrass Hazelwood. The Enrichment Center supports people living inclusive lives in the environment offering the least restrictions. All services provided at the highest standard of professional practice, complying with standards by both federal and state regulations and facility policies.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Responsible for oversight of assigned classroom and assists individuals in completing lessons plans and classroom activities.
- Transport Individuals to/from another classroom.
- Complete forms associated with the Enrichment Center classroom.
- Always Know whereabouts of individuals and ensure the appropriate supervision is provided to all individuals.
- Maintains records on documentation related to services provided.
- Develops and trains on learning objectives for the individuals in assigned classes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Enrichment Director or Enrichment Center Managers.
- Learn and follow all policies and procedures.

Computer Skills/Data Entry: Must be able to record/enter data neatly, accurately, prepare professional reports, consistent with Bluegrass Hazelwood requirements. Must be familiar with standard computer programs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday. Occasional flex hours, evening and/or weekend work may be required.
Travel
This position requires less than 5% travel.
Required Education and Experience
Must have at least (6) months of experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population and have a high school diploma or GED.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or (4) years of experience in the field is preferred
