General Laborers - Field Team Members

Full Time and Part Time Available (weekday and weekend)
URGENTLY HIRING! (If part-time, you must be available at least three days per week)
($18-$20/HR- Base pay of $14/HR plus daily cash/credit tips and monthly bonuses)
*Credit tips are paid out each paycheck

What you’ll be doing as a Field Team Member:
Customer Service: WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
Truck Operations: Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (so a valid standard driver’s license is required)
Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "junk" from residential and commercial client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk). Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
Sales: Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible - because we all need to care about our planet.
Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers’ belongings.
Professional & Uniformed: We always wear uniforms and provide you with what you need (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves) to represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and make a great impression.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You have a great attitude, are reliable, hardworking, and have a valid standard driver’s license (3 years). You’re 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes) and have the physical stamina to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly.
Previous experience in general labor, customer services, and/or sales is a plus, but isn’t required - we train happy, hardworking individuals.
A working smart phone is required due to navigation/app use
($10 is paid out monthly to cover data usage)
