Mantaline Corporation is an employee owned company that designs and manufactures polymer- based sealing products for automotive and industrial applications. Headquarters are in Mantua, Ohio with additional United States operations in Hiram, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas.

This position is an entry level accounting position requiring education by not experience. This is a full-time position that reports to the Corporate Controller. The position will assist the Controller with accounting functions and running the bi-weekly payroll to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and payroll processing.

Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5pm. Some flexibility with work hours and location.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting Related-

• Management of Treasury activities and related cash flow forecasting
• Management of Customer and Supplier credit/debit memo process
• Assist in facilitating month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist with annual Operating Budget Process
• Investigate expense variances as needed.
• Special projects
• Cross train in account receivable, accounts payable and product costing

Payroll Related-

• Manage and process bi-weekly payroll using ADP payroll software.
• Calculate and process attendance bonus, hiring bonus, wage garnishments and other normal 401K and benefit deductions
• Maintain/update payroll reports providing analysis where needed.
• Verify all PTO, sick time accruals, holidays, and update as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a plus
• Must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to prioritize duties in order to manage deadlines
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
