NaturaLawn of America offers:
- 1st Pay Increase at 90 Days!
- 1st year earnings of $40,000 PLUS
- Monday thru Friday workweek---45 to 50 Hrs./ Week & OT pay when working over 40 hrs.

Minimum requirements:
- 21 years of Age or older
- Possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Possess customer service, communication skills & math skills
- Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
- Be a self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and in a team environment
- Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50 lbs., walk, stand and bend for moderate periods of time
- Be willing and able to work outside in different weather conditions up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to pass a preemployment drug test and background check
- Present a professional image

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- face to face customer service: 2 years (Required)
- full time employment in our area: 2 years (Required)
- outside work (35 to 40 hrs. a week): 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License w/ Minimal negative points (Required)
- Pesticide Applicator’s License (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Required)
