The Role

We are looking for an Envelope Adjuster to join our team! The Envelope Adjuster is responsible for setting up the envelope machine where they are assigned to, and produce the orders planned on the machine, perform maintenance to support operation of the machines, and checks and confirms the quality of the product being produced. Adjusters will work, as a team, with Envelope Operators to ensure that machines are running efficiently and production goals are being met. Responsible for the quality produced.

Shift Hours: M-F 1:15 pm- 9:45 pm

Training will be conducted on first shift: M-F 6:00 am- 2:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a machine adjuster
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform basic math including use of fractions and measurements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs. The vision requirements include: close vision.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
