$24.30 - $29.90 an hour
Looking for Skilled Backhoe Operators. An Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of excavation and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to operate a Skid Steer, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Excavator, Compactors
- Able to read a survey and blueprint, shoot grade, excavate foundation, backfill and finish grade a plus
- Operate heavy equipment on a daily basis
- Flexibility to climb in/out of large equipment
- Mobility to operate equipment
- Occasionally Labor
- Valid, current MN driver's license and good driving record required
- Grease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipment • Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary
- Follow all company safety policies and practices
- Report any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.30 - $29.90 per hour
