NIGHT WEEKEND EMERGENCY RESPONSE PERSON - Franklin Park Villa, Jamaica Plain, MA
Job Overview:
The Emergency Response Person (ERP) will be a reliable, trustworthy person who lives onsite, rent free, to respond to emergencies nights (7PM to 7AM), weekends and holidays. The position is available in Jamaica Plain, MA. Up to 15 hours work hours per week is authorized. Specific job duties include answering emergencies (on call); emptying trash nightly; cleaning lobby, elevators and bathrooms on weekends; snow removal with snow blower; light maintenance work and other tasks.
CSI Support & Development is a mission driven non-profit that provides seniors with high-quality affordable housing communities. Our communities are all resident-controlled co-ops, and we need an ERP to attend to emergency situations and ensure that general needs of the building and members are being met.
