At Wheeler, were constantly striving to improve our business processes and become more efficient. To help us reach our goal, were looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the charge in implementing a new ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ERP systems, project management, and business process improvement. They will be responsible for managing the project team, developing the project plan, and ensuring the successful implementation of the ERP system.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the day-to-day implementation of operational project aspects, defining project tasks and resource allocation
• Development and maintenance of the project plan
• Project planning, inclusive of schedule, cost, and risk/countermeasure
• Work with clients and partners to best manage projects and ensure effective communications and expectations to support the overall health and well-being of each project
• Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive and fiscally sound project plan that aligns with corporate budgeting
• Drive improvement efforts related to each IT project, find opportunities, adjust requirements, reduce cost, and provide better overall solutions in a more efficient manner
• Plan, coordinate, and hold meetings with project team members both internal and external
• Create and maintain project portfolio
• Acting as the primary interface to business units during all phases of the project
• Creating project plans, identifying scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and required resources

SKILLS:

• Bachelors Degree in IT, MIS, or Business Administration or at least 10 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience implementing projects to support complex ERP system implementation and maintenance
• Experience implementing solutions deployed both on-premise and in the cloud is highly desired
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals, project priorities, and delivery dates
• Write documentation including project objectives, implementation details, process flow diagrams, and steps

• This position is based out of Wheelers corporate branch location

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week) Monday Friday

Compensation: Competitive pay; on average starting around $65+/hr. based on individual skill sets and experience
