Parker Law Offices is an estate planning law firm located in Laguna Niguel which is experiencing rapid growth. Currently our team needs a talented attorney to join and help us to reach new heights as we service our clients’ estate planning needs in our local community. Presently the firm is under a heavy caseload with estate planning and trust administrations. In addition, we have recently acquired the law firm of another prominent attorney in South Orange County who has decided to retire from his practice, and the acquisition of another local estate planning practice is also under way.

We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where our team members receive the support they need in order to accomplish their goals. The successful candidate attorney should have a minimum of two years of experience with estate planning, including drafting and working with estate planning documents, trust administration or probate matters. We are looking for a “self-starter” with initiative and having the ability to operate without immediate supervision in an office with a view at the Crown Cabot Financial Center in Laguna Niguel.

The qualities of having a people friendly approach, as well as being motivated to help bring peace of mind to our clients are valued in all team members with the firm. These attributes will lead to a positive fit with our firm as we embrace continued expansion in our ability to care for, and provide the highest quality of assistance to our clients.

This will be a full time position. Our goal will be to form a long lasting commitment with the successful candidate over many years to come as we continue to grow and add new office locations across South Orange County.

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree as well as current registration with the California State Bar required.
• Experience working with estate planning desired.
• Experience with drafting documents in Wealth Counsel a plus.
• Experience with Clio Grow and Clio Manage a plus.
• Experience with drafting documents in FORE or ADAPT a plus.
• Current notary certificate a plus.
• Potential for overtime and weekend work exists.
• Answer and make calls with clients and leads.
• Greet and work with clients in person.
• Work on projects assigned by the Managing Attorney and General Manager.
• Willingness to work across multiple areas and grow with the Firm.
• References will be required as a part of the job application.
• The wage range will be between $70,000 to $160,000 and will be based upon candidate evaluation.
• Salary history requested.
