Event Custodian

Your Purpose:

You will be called upon to support our biggest events such as Professional Boxing, MMA Championships matches, Jiu Jitsu Tournaments, NCAA Coaches Viewing Events, PickleBall Championship Tournaments, Cornhole Tournaments, Cheer and Gymnastics competitions along with other family/sporting events . Your responsibilities will be to help maintain the cleanliness of our indoor and outdoor facility, perform any other duties or assume any other responsibilities as directed by department head or coordinator, or as is necessary to perform this job.

What You will do:

• Maintain a specific area of the facility in a clean and safe condition during the event (indoors or outdoors)
• Re-stock any dispensers
• Maintain sports flooring as directed
• Remove trash and debris from containers and customer facing areas
• Check assigned area on a continuous basis
• Perform other service functions as directed
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies
• Follow health and safety regulations

What You will bring to the team:

• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance
• This is a customer facing position: Be courteous and pleasant with your responses
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Hours will consist of most evenings and weekends as well as holidays
