We're looking for an expert EVENTS COORDINATOR to join our team in Denver, CO!


JOB OVERVIEW:
The Events Coordinator is responsible for overall event planning and the associated communication and logistics for approximately 40 national and regional industry and customer trade shows and events each year, including golf tournaments, maintenance competitions, award galas, lunch and dinner meetings, etc.

Successful execution of this role involves the start-to-finish coordination and implementation of all event-specific requirements of our sales and business development teams. To maximize the ability of our teams to focus on strengthening relationships with our customers, the Events Coordinator will regularly provide clear and complete communication to key participants and will ensure that everything is in place at the start of each event. Travel will be required a few times each year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sponsorship sign-up and attendee registration.
Tracking and submittal of event invoices and expenses.
Calendar management of all events and related details.
Collecting, planning, recording, and completing all event-specific needs.
Regularly communicating event details and coordination efforts to attendees.
Managing the logistics of all materials going to and from events.
Booking hotel accommodations and flights when needed.
Creating detailed agendas and itineraries for all attendees.
Verifying that all supplies are returned and stored in clean, working condition for the next event.
Staying informed about all upcoming association and customer events and maintaining relationships with key contacts.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Coordinator to ensure acquisition and delivery of all event-specific creative needs for promotional, print, apparel, and social media.
Light travel only a few times a year.
Reporting regularly to the management team on event budgets and expenses.
Performing as a "communication master", responsible for regular contact with both internal and external customers, via phone and email, collecting and delivering clear and concise event details.
Taking initiative to follow up with contacts, sometimes many times, to get the information you need to get the job done.

REQUIREMENTS:
Event Planning/Coordination or similar Marketing experience.
Able to travel a few times a year to events and meetings.
Able to lift and carry loads of up to 25 lbs. as needed.
Ability to assist with event set-up and tear down.
Proficiency in the use of various business technologies such as Gmail, Google Suite, etc.
Multifamily Property Management industry experience is a plus but is not required.
A bachelor's degree is a plus but is not required.
