Compass Marketing in Charlotte, NC are looking to bring aboard 6-12 people in the next few weeks for entry level brand events & PR related roles. We provide full training for our entry level events positions, so no previous work experience is required. All that we look for are candidates with fire in their belly, a desire to succeed and a great work ethic and we will provide the rest – if this sounds like you, APPLY NOW!

What You Will Be Doing:

Initially you'll be working at Pop-Up Events and Retail Store Promotions throughout the Greater Charlotte. Your primary focus for the first few weeks will be event set up and customer interaction where you will gain confidence discussing our clients causes to members of the public. As you learn to confidently explain the cause you'll naturally land new, long-term donors that are as excited to help with the cause as we are. Consistent, long-term donors will lead to leadership opportunities where you'll begin teaching what you've learned. Further advancement, educational, and travel opportunities will also become available to top performers within their first 12 months. Duties include:

• Establishing customer relationships
• Completing donor applications at branded event sites
• Fundraising at promotional events
• Assisting customers with questions and product information
• Creating a welcoming and attractive environment at the event
