Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company. HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.

As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for an EVP of Operations, Wisconsin Market. Please see below for the functions and requirements for this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides executive oversight to the daily operations of Clinics, Surgery Scheduling, Medical Imaging, DME, and Medical Records departments and ensures shared services support for the Arizona Region.
• Provides leadership in the conception, planning, development, and implementation of operational business plans in concert with the COO, and Chief Integration Officer.
• Recommends, develops, and updates strategic and long- and short-range plans to support HOPCo’s mission and goals in coordination with Corporate Headquarters operations and strategic planning efforts.
• Administers department policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner. Proactively recommends new processes or policy changes.
• Oversees the business and budget responsibilities and the fiscal management of assigned areas including timely reporting.
• Delegates authority and responsibility to management team members. Develops improved management practices and coaching techniques. Focuses on the enhancement of human performance.
• Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment, standards of customer service, and quality of patient care through the execution of the management company’s standardized practices and National Operations Manual.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery. Continually monitors operations and initiates appropriate changes according to National and local regulatory restrictions; updates management company as appropriate.
• Continuously monitors operations effectiveness and recommends process improvement efforts using LEAN and/or Six Sigma techniques.
• Creates a culture of accountability through teamwork, building discretionary effort, and effective communication.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or business administration. Master’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Five to seven years management level experience, including five years of experience in administration of a major clinic or group of clinics.

KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of clinic management.
• Knowledge of health care policies and procedures to direct clinic operations.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of employee development and basic human resources to ensure successful operations.
• Knowledge of the health care market to include orthopedics.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.
• Knowledge of basic process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, TQM).
