Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a Caregiver Operations Coordinator to join our corporate support team in Minneapolis. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. We provide services for seniors, children, and people with disabilities, and our mission is to “honor those we serve.” We take pride in the responsibility we have caring for our clients so that they can stay independent in their own homes and communities because we believe that home is the safest place to be. We employ nearly 1,300 personal care assistants (PCAs) and have an office staff of more than 65. This role is a vital team member in supporting the operations of our Minnesota offices.

Pay & benefits:

• $35,000-$45,000 dependent on experience, with potential for annual bonus.
• Benefits include PTO & 9 paid holidays, full health, dental & vision, 401K (if full time).
• Schedule is M-F, 8:30-5:00 pm with opportunity to work from home on Fridays. Mondays may require you to stay later and adjust with comp time earlier that day or later in the week.
• Opportunities for advancement exist with proven results and necessary experience.
• Travel may be required from time to time (<15%).

Position Responsibilities

Overall, this position is responsible for efficient & accurate billing associated with services delivered. This role is located at Minnesota corporate office (NE Mpls) and the focus is working closely with our field offices and their employees as we launch EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) with our 1,300 caregivers across 6 states. Duties include:

• Capture weekly data from service delivery and enter in a timely and accurate manner into billing software and other related applications
• Identify, research and correct errors, swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties to remedy
• Understand the mechanics of transitioning from paper timesheets to digital timesheets via EVV
• Become an expert on the State & payors you support, including required deadlines, compliance, and/or guidelines
• Collaborate, train, and mentor offices as they come on board to our EVV capabilities, being willing and able to answer questions (from admin staff or caregivers) and be helpful where needed
• Collaborate with headquarter leadership team on key projects and initiatives, including attending and contributing to team or project meetings

• Has a strong understanding of technology and is easily able to learn and be flexible with new systems and managing multiple systems
• Has some EVV experience – either using an EVV system as a user or working within a service company that utilized EVV
