The Opportunity
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President within our Adobe Experience Platform organization. The successful candidate will have the utmost attention to detail, the ability to proactively anticipate and handle challenges, be a self-starter with strong abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize appropriately, work efficiently, and remain flexible under pressure.
What you’ll do:
Daily administrative and business support for SVP and their respective orgs
Heavy calendar management (Outlook) and extensive scheduling with both internal and external partners, also keep group calendars updated for availability in group scheduling
Attend key meetings, take notes and facilitate follow-up as necessary
Coordinate special projects including team offsite, team building activities and all hands meetings, team space planning and floor moves, and potentially other types of projects
Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide backup as needed
Continually improve the administrative process for greater efficiency
Provide strategic administrative support to the SVP and their organization
Prepare agendas, presentations, and logistical support for the SVP and department meetings, including preparation of needed background information for meetings
Manage travel schedule, travel logistics and expenses
Organize activities for a large, globally distributed and diverse group What you'll need to succeed:
8+ years experience in coordination, administrative, or operations capacity
Experience interacting with customers and staff at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge of computer technology, including MS Office applications including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel; proficiency with Adobe products is a plus
Demonstrated ability to quickly turn around projects with quality and accuracy
Very organized with ability to juggle multiple/complex demands in a fast-paced environment
Work effectively with minimal direction, take initiative, and follow through
Ability to assess and prioritize conflicting demands
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
Eagerness to network with other Executive and Administrative Assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a worldwide team
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be able to work onsite in San Jose Adobe HQ at least 50%
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,800 -- $146,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
