Executive Assistant Job at Americor
As the Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to key executives within our organization. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings internally and/or with clients and vendors.
- Support the preparation of presentations for major and cross-functional meetings, networking, and gathering necessary data to complete the task
- Maintain various records and documents for company executives
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare expense reports
- Schedule dinners and outside events for Sales
- Review files/materials for accuracy and consistency
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Work independently, innovatively, and efficiently in a high pace environment handling multiple responsibilities and meeting multiple deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
