Executive Assistant Job at Johnson & Hill Staffing

Managing and maintaining CEO’s schedule & communications
Scheduling meetings, conferences and travel
Drafting and editing emails and correspondence
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Completing a variety of special projects including Google Slides/PowerPoint presentations
Preparing, reconciling, and submitting expense reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
Proficiency in Google & MS Suites
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy of information laws
Warm and professional appearance and demeanor and ability to communicate respectfully with staff and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent and sound judgment
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community strongly preferred
The Executive Assistant is a full-time temporary opportunity through February 2023, with the possibility to go longer. The position is located in Northampton. Pay rate is $22-28 per hour.
