The Executive Assistant to the CEO will assist the CEO in administrative duties, including project tracking, follow ups, internal report preparation, corporate communications, make travel arrangements, and other administrative work as assigned. The position helps free up the CEO for more focused visionary work.
Metrics and Reporting Requirements:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations for the CEO; all jobs must be completed within given timeframe
- Weekly/Monthly reports prepared on time
- Weekly updates available on time for meetings, generally converted from the form of handwritten notes or from dictation to presentable meeting notes
- Prepare/coordinate error free professional collateral documentation as directed
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality expected at all times
Previous Work Experience:
Normally nineteen to twenty-four months of previous work experience is required to meet job standards. Web design and marketing background is a plus.
Education or Experience: This position must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or twelve to eighteen months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Proficiency: Advanced proficiency on email, spreadsheet, and word processing software required. Familiarity with Access and PowerPoint software is preferable. Experience with visual marketing software such as Photoshop or Publisheris a plus.
Travel: Travel is occasionally required 5% of the time using personal vehicle. The employee must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver's license and be insurable at a low risk on the Company's insurance policy. The employee will travel frequently using a Company vehicle, personal vehicle, or rented vehicle, with milage reimbursement per Company Policy.
