This Executive Chef position is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated leader to join our organization and shape the future of our culinary program. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant kitchen, and must have a strong understanding of menu design and preparation. Candidates will also be responsible for menu development and menu changes, recipe creation and product reformulation, managing staff duties and training, as well as catering to guests' dietary needs.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work with all kinds of kitchen staff.
- Manage the kitchen staff from a managerial perspective.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to run successful restaurant events and fundraisers.
- Communicate with customers about the menu items and explain food preparation.
- Manage kitchen expenses.
