Shift Time : 06.00 AM - 02:30 PM

Job Description: Looking for a confident expeditor to facilitate the flow of work and material in our business. The expeditor will strategize and oversee activities related to receiving inspection and focus on the priorities for the fab. The role will also include following up with work orders, late material deliveries, and monitoring the process of parts from station to station. Furthermore, the person will be in charge of prioritizing FAB queues to ensure our technicians are working on the latest priority.
Responsibilities:
o Receiving shipments of materials, and examining deliveries to ensure accurate quantities, quality, and specifications.
o Facilitating flow of materials between various departments and parties.
o Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the Fabrication area
o Performing clerical duties and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.
- Requirements:
o High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
o 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
o Proficient understanding of materials and manufacturing layout
o Excellent computer skills.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
o Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Proficient people skills.
o Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
o Ability to comply with company policies and procedures.
o ERP system is a must
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Santa Clara, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
