Experienced Auto Mechanic Job at Auto Depot, Inc Russellville Al
For almost 30 years, Auto Depot, Inc has been provided quality vehicles to our customers in Northwest and Central Alabama. We are a busy buy here, pay here used car dealer in need of two experienced mechanics for our Russellville location. We have three retail car lots (located in Hamilton, Russellville and Tuscaloosa) so we constantly have repair work to perform getting vehicles ready to sell, as well as doing repair work for our large customer base; in other words, we have plenty of work coming in consistently. We work on a wide range of makes and models and do repairs ranging from brake work, oil changes, engine/transmission swaps to rebuilding hybrid batteries and everything in between. The right candidates will possess a VERY strong work ethic, a desire to make money, have at least 3 years of experience working in an auto repair facility (not under a shade tree), experience with diagnostic equipment and the ability to take a vehicle from diagnosis to problem solved. The candidates will need to provide the majority of their own tools. Pay will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary plus hourly pay for work turned out, based on a labor guide. We offer 401k, partially paid BCBS insurance (both after 90 days) and paid vacation time.
