Description:
Position Summary: Coordinate and Expedite orders. Tie each area together.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle case goods parts orders (those that do require finishing). This will include finding, packing and shipping each parts order daily by FedEx.
- Will keep inventory on all MIY hardware, includes receiving and updating system.
- Will manage expediting of all target account orders weekly. This will include making sure each order is marked correctly in the plant, weekly tracking and reporting of completion percentage.
- Expedite late and rush orders weekly. This will include marking each piece and making sure they are being pushed through the plant.
- Will ensure late lists/re-dates for VG and external vendors on a weekly basis. This will include notes on ack.pad and communication with the outside vendors.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excel and Word experience
- Work efficiently independently
- Able to multitask
- Work at a fast pace
- Knowledge of all areas and how they work
