Carolina Family Estate Planning is a Cary NC-based Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law Firm. We are growing at a substantial rate are looking for new team members that will allow us to continue to provide the highest level of legal counseling services possible.

This position will be hybrid in nature. The schedule of working in the office and out will be determined upon the completion of training.

• Design and present estate and asset protection strategies that will work best to serve clients' interests; Review documents before they leave the office for quality and accuracy
• Be a mentor in the firm's legal production team
• Work with our lead attorney to enhance any processes and procedures
• The successful candidate will lead clients through our estate planning process and meet our commitment to excellent client service and satisfaction
• Effectively learn and adapt to our processes in order to consistently provide the highest quality services and products to clients
• Counsel clients on the intricacies of their legal situation to successfully design and create a plan that meets their planning goals in a way they can easily understand so that they engage our firm to help them and their family
• Come to work every day ready to make a difference in people's lives, both clients and team members

• You must have a JD from an accredited law school with a current license to practice law in the state of North Carolina with at least 5 years of prior estate planning experience
• Be creative and have the ability to see opportunities that would have our team operate more efficiently and effectively
• Integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness must be unwavering in order to succeed, along with a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team as a whole
• Be a self-starter that will address team and client needs in a quick and successful manner
• Have impeccable follow-through using our proven processes and procedures
• Be coachable and open to new ideas and ways to do things.
• Have a positive attitude, be driven to learn, grow, and always treat others with respect and professionalism
• Be a leader in the organization that promotes a learning organization and positive culture
• Enjoy being warm, engaging, friendly, and passionate about helping people
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and WealthCounsel software platforms
