About You

Ace Limousine is currently looking for a Dispatcher or Reservation Agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching in the Philadelphia area in the livery field.

About The Opportunity

You will build a strong relationship the the auto detailers, mechanics and the chauffeurs.

Job Duties (including but not limited to)

• Keep dispatch screen updated and coded accurately at all times·
• Ensure all customers are picked up on-time
• Documenting any and all incidents· Assist drivers with any issues
• Manage chauffeur schedule
• Communicating with drivers via phone, text & email
• Answer and address incoming calls for dispatching
• Provide quotes via phone and e-mail (id needed)
• You’re internet savvy with skills in Google (including but not limited to: Docs, Drive, G-Mail and Sheets)

Your Experience

• 2+ years in a limousine service as a reservation agent or dispatcher

Job Location: (remote)

Daily objectives include chauffeur dispatching, organizing the driver schedule, monitoring flights and vehicle GPS, and assisting the fleet detailers.

Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and be a quick learner. This industry has peaks and valleys of very busy seasons to slow seasons.

Our dispatchers, respond to a company's emergency or non-emergency calls for help and information. Examples include, locating a chauffeur or passenger, tracking the chauffeurs GPS to ensure a timely arrival, track flights, and check in time. Other duties include monitoring routes, updating call logs, and recording call information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
